Graham Hill
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Hill was appointed the President, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and director of the Company on November 17, 2014. Mr. Hill is a qualified mechanical engineer who has over 25 years of experience building and operating gold, silver, coal and mineral sand mines internationally. He has held senior management positions with a number of companies and has been involved in the building of the Yatela and Sadiola gold mines in Mali for Anglo America and was responsible for the development and management of Oxus Resources' Jerooy and Amantaytau gold and silver mines in Central Asia. Most recently, Mr. Hill was the Chief Operating Officer for AXMIN Inc., responsible for overseeing the Feasibility Study and early development of the Passendro Gold project in the Central African Republic. Mr. Hill holds an honours degree in mechanical engineering from Sheffield Hallam University. Mr. Hill is currently based in Moscow to directly oversee the Company's operations in the Russian Federation.

Derk Hartman
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hartman was appointed Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company on May 15, 2015. Mr. Hartman has over 15 years of experience in the banking and mining sectors and has been a founder, officer and director of several public and private companies. Currently, Mr. Hartman is the founder and director of DH Mining Advisory Services Limited, advising public and private mining companies on capital raisings and corporate transactions. Derk was the founder, CEO and director of Sumin Resources, a private gold exploration company, and was a director of Hunter Bay Minerals, a TSX-Venture Exchange listed gold exploration company. Previously, Derk was Director of Investment Banking with BMO Capital Markets in London and Investment Banker and Project Finance Advisor with ABN AMRO Bank in London. Derk has extensive experience with the stock exchange listing process, takeover rules and corporate governance of both the Toronto and London markets. Mr. Hartman holds an MSc Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands.

Anton Antipov
Project Manager

Mr. Anton Antipov was appointed Project Manager of the Company in February 2016. Mr. Anton Antipov, graduated from Sankt-Petersburg Polytechnical University, electro-mechanical engineer. Mr. Antipov has worked with many international engineering companies such as Hatch, Bateman and Tenova, and he was involved with many global mining projects. Most recently, Mr. Antipov was the Project Manager at the Russdragmet Managing Company (Highland Gold Mining Ltd) where he was responsible for construction of Highland Gold Mining’s Russian gold mining plant operations.

Anna Fedorova
General Director

Mrs. Fedorova has extensive experience in Human Resource (“HR”) management, with more than 14 years on various spheres including a retail industry and major oil and gas company, Summa Group where Mrs. Fedorova acted as the Deputy Director on HR (more than 1000 employees). In Silver Bear’s wholly owned subsidiary, AO Prognoz Mrs. Fedorova is responsible for all aspects of personnel issues, administration, interaction with the state bodies, social work. AO Prognoz is awarded by The Certificate of trust to the employer of Labour Ministry of Russian Federation. Mrs. Anna Fedorova has University degrees in law and HR-management.

Judith Webster
Investor Relations Manager and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Webster was appointed Corporate Secretary and Manager of Investor Relations of the Company on May 15, 2015. Ms. Webster is a geologist with over 25 years working in the mining industry, of those plus 15 years of investor relations and corporate governance experience. Ms. Webster has held senior level roles as IRO for many publicly listed and dual listed companies Ms. Webster has extensive experience in corporate communications, stakeholder development, public offerings, private placement financings and corporate governance matters. Ms. Webster holds a BSc. Geology from McMaster University, Canada.
