43-101 ("NI 43-101") compliant Technical Report ("Technical Report") for
the updated Mineral Resource Estimate of its Vertikalny deposit located
within its wholly-owned
Mangazeisky Project, Yakutia, Russia. The Technical Report was prepared by Tetra Tech (UK) and supports the Company's announcement of February 26, 2015.
